Recoop Barrels
We sell Recoop barrels. ReCoop's mission is to provide a winemaker with a refurbished, world-class barrel of the highest quality.
ReCoop’s proprietary process starts with a neutral barrel. Up to ¼ inch of the stave and head material is removed to get down to virgin wood. Their patented technology removes the wood "with the grain" never compromising the benefits afforded by the oak. Once all the neutral oak material is removed, the barrels are cured in a controlled environment to ensure wood moisture content to be less than 13% and complete volatilization of all ethanol and wine essence occurs. Next, the barrels are roasted and raised. Prior to shipment, these barrels receive a thorough test and complete inspection to make sure there are no leaks or defects.

Standard 7 in. double barrel rack. Holds two 60 gl. barrels. Powder coated steel.
Stainless steel available upon request. These racks are made to handle Burgundy, Bordeaux, and American Barrel shapes. All standard order racks have four crossbars to maximize strength and safety. These racks have 7" forklift openings for ease of movement.
